我们可向企业客户提供海外数字广告账户接入与管理、广告资金充值及预算协同、投放运营支持、数据服务和自动化工具。具体服务、费用和履行方式以双方确认的订单、合同或书面方案为准。
3. 客户义务与平台合规 / Customer Responsibilities
您应提供真实、准确、有效的企业及业务信息，仅将服务用于合法用途，并遵守所在地法律、广告规则及 TikTok、Google、Meta 等第三方平台的条款和政策。您应保护账户凭据，并对经授权发起的操作负责。
4. 第三方平台 / Third-Party Platforms
第三方平台的账户审核、政策、接口、费率和服务可用性由相关平台控制。除非明确书面说明，本公司不声明与这些平台存在隶属、代表或背书关系。平台名称和商标归各自权利人所有。
5. 费用、知识产权与保密 / Fees, IP and Confidentiality
费用和支付条件以商业文件为准。本网站、软件、视觉资产和文档的相关权利归本公司或授权方所有。双方应对在合作中获取的非公开业务、技术和账户信息履行合理保密义务。
6. 服务可用性与责任 / Availability and Liability
